Hugh graduated from The Citadel with a degree in Business Administration and has extensive experience in Naval Special Operations and multiple civilian upper management positions. He is a former Navy SEAL where he served at several SEAL Commands including Naval Special Warfare Development Group, a national level, tier-one command. Upon leaving the Navy, he served as Director of International Training and Director of Maritime Operations at a large, billion-dollar security firm. He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Kopis Mobile.

Hugh grew up on Maryland’s Eastern Shore where he spent his childhood on the Wye River crabbing and fishing. He is an avid hunter and spends much of his free time in the outdoors.
